The Petlibro Dockstream Battery Operated Cat Water Fountain is a su-purr way to encourage your kitty to stay hydrated. Thanks to its wireless pump and charging base, you can set up the fountain anywhere your furbaby wants. Place it in your kitchen or bedroom, on the balcony or in the yard. The induction mode has a radar sensor, so it will circulate water for 20 seconds when it senses your cat within 31.5 inches. That sensor helps to preserve power while encouraging your pet to take a sip. The induction mode will also create a 20-second flow every hour to help catch your kitty’s attention. You can also plug the fountain in for a continuous stream of water in the regular mode.

FAQ

How often should I change the filters?
Please replace the filter every 2 weeks to keep the water fresh.

Am I required to use the filter if I already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain?
One of the reasons you need the filter is because your pet will be drinking from it and the water is recycled through the filter to keep the water clear of debris such as pet fur and pet saliva too.

Why do I need to soak the filter before first use?
Soaking the filter removes particulate matter that may have settled on the filter.

Does this turn off automatically?
Yes. For safety reasons, the Water Fountain will shut off automatically when there is insufficient water.

Can I use dishwasher to clean the fountain?
Only the stainless steel part and the non-detachable part connected with it can be put into the dishwasher for cleaning. DO NOT put other parts into the dishwasher, otherwise, there is a risk of deformation.

What if water keeps spilling out of water tray?
The filter may not be fully soaked. Please soak the filter in a clean bowl (not in water tank) for 5 minutes before the first use.

What if the water pump stops working?
Fill in water between MIN and MAX. The pump will fail if it runs dry.
Clean the pump, water tank, and drinking basin.

What if the water output speed slows down?
For the first use (or reuse after long-time storage), the water pump needs to discharge air, it’s normal if the water output speed slows down.
It is dirt in the pump, please clean the pump.
