Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop (7 g) with 180 to 240 ml of water per serving immediately before consumption. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.

Citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, calcium silicate, sucralose, silica, acesulfame potassium, lecithin (from sunflower).
